What to Expect in Field Roles
Our field teams are at the heart of what we do. Depending on the position, you can expect:
– Overnight travel up to 80% of the time
– Outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat
– Physical activities such as lifting, walking, kneeling, climbing, and standing, often on uneven or challenging terrain
– Full-time schedules with opportunities for overtime based on project needs
