Flint understands the importance of getting facilities online quickly and efficiently while ensuring they operate at the highest levels of performance, which is why we self-perform 85% of the construction services on our projects. This is of tremendous value because it gives us exceptional adaptability and control over schedule, quality, and cost management.
Flint also utilizes modular construction techniques to facilitate the “speed to market” concept, which reduces the field construction installation timeline significantly. Utilizing our in-house expertise to manage, build and install fully integrated modular components and pre-tested pipe spools reduces on-site labor, avoids weather delays and ensures better cost, schedule, and quality control.
