Compressor Stations
Flint has substantial experience in both Natural Gas and CO2 compressor stations. With over 1,800,000 HP (~1.3 GW) installed within the last few years, Flint has extensive experience with the installation of turbines, reciprocating, and electric compressor stations. Flint has performed construction of new greenfield, as well as additions to existing brownfield compressor stations. In addition to the +1,800,000 HP installed, we have assisted customers in the recent development, pricing, and feasibility of an additional 1,200,000 HP (~.8 GW).
Power Generation
Flint is experienced in building natural gas generation facilities utilizing simple cycle turbines as well as reciprocating engines. Flint brings their modular expertise to this industry from their extensive utilization of these concepts in the oil and gas industry to facilitate the “speed to market” needed for the AI revolution and associated data center power needs. Flint self-performs as well as teams with other Quanta sister companies to offer a total Quanta solution for the power generation market.
Tanks and Terminals
Flint has performed tank and terminal construction services for all types of liquids, ranging from crude oil and refined products to specialty products such as mono-ethylene glycol (MEG), butadiene, pyrolysis gasoline, and sulfidic caustic.
Flint performs construction of new greenfield, as well as brownfield tank and terminal facilities. Flint can perform tank and terminal work in all states either directly or through one of Quanta’s many sister companies. Flint’s sister companies build all types of API 650 above grade storage tanks and can easily be integrated into Flint’s scope of work.
Pump Stations
Flint can install all types and sizes of pumps for various liquids. Our installation experience ranges from crude oil and refined products to specialty products such as, mono-ethylene glycol (MEG), vacuum gas oil, butylene, sulfidic caustic, and CO2. Flint performs construction of new greenfield pump stations as well as improvements to existing pump stations.
Meter Stations
From new greenfield meter stations to add-on brownfield meter stations, Flint’s installation capabilities extend to all types and sizes of metering units. These units range from ultrasonic, orifice plate and turbines to positive displacement and provers for all types of gas and liquids, ranging from CO2 and natural gas; to crude oil and refined products; to Y-grade products, propane and butane; to specialty products such as mono-ethylene glycol (MEG), butadiene, pyrolysis gasoline, and sulfidic caustic. Flint can provide skid-mounted applications, as well as stick-built applications on a construction only or Design Build basis.
