Flint’s commitment to a SAFE working environment begins as soon as an employment offer is made.

All employment offers are contingent on successfully passing a criminal background check, Drug and Alcohol test, pre-employment physical and, for those individuals driving on company time, a Motor Vehicle records check.

Once employed all field positions can expect working conditions to include:

• Overnight travel, up to 80%.
• Working outside in weather, including extreme heat.
• Lifting, walking, kneeling, and standing to various degrees in sometimes difficult terrain.
• Regular working schedules with frequent overtime.
